- All eligible product can be returned for an exchange or similar item.
- All non-defective returns and items sold with FREE SHIPPING are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be provided for used, as is, or new product that has been opened or missing its original packaging.
- Defective product must be sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your orderOnce received we will test to confirm the item is defective and then send out your replacement item.
- There are no returns/exchanges/refunds for Japanese Import games, repair parts, or software incompatibility issues such as NTSC vsPAL .
- In the event that your order requires an exchange or refund we do require the return Shipping costs to be paid unless you received the incorrect item as a result of our error.
